Davice Jones

Davice is a junior at Longwood majoring in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. She is also a member of LIFE STEM and the Cormier Honors College. Davice has an eclectic interest in the natural sciences, ranging from medicine to marine biology. She has contributed to Longwood's ongoing research on the state of the Chesapeake Bay, participated in Longwood's PRISM summer research program, and more recently, interned with a local dentist.  As a PRISM fellow, Davice aided in the construction of our environmental database to assess effects of water quality on largemouth bass.  This required her to code in 'R' for the first time and quickly learn multivariate statistics. Go, Davice!
